Modern Slavery Act Statement

Hope 4U is a limited company registered in England and Wales, with a vision to eradicate poverty. Multi services are on offer to delve deep into an individual or family’s situation to offer help creating a brighter future.

Statement As a responsible and ethical business, Hope 4U is committed to ensuring modern slavery or human trafficking does not exist in our organisation or supply chains. We constantly review our policies and procedures to manage and assess their effectiveness in identifying and tackling issues. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business.

We have systems in place to:

• Checks that staff can demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK

• Requires all contractors and agency staff to undergo an eligibility check before commencing work with us.

• Provide statutory worker rights and pay to all employees

Hope 4U has a clear framework of rules and behaviours for all employees which commits each of them to respect the personal dignity, and personal rights of every individual, as well as to act with integrity and in accordance with the law. It encourages the reporting of any concerns or breaches so that they can be dealt with appropriately in accordance with our policies and procedures.

We have set out our safeguarding instructions and procedures to ensure we recognise, report, and respond to all concerns or incidents of safeguarding. We are committed to keeping all our people safe from harm and abuse.

We have a confidential Whistleblowing policy where staff can raise concerns anonymously if they wish.
